did many quinceañeras and Latin weddings throughout the years and
still up to DJ them.
Bio:
I was born in Mississippi but raised here in the Bay Area on the Peninsula.
I started DJ'ing way back in my High School days. One of my good buddies
was a DJ and I used to help him out with his events. Soon I started taking
over the turntables and mixing at my own events. I did a lot of house
parties, school dances, quinceañeras and private parties at the time. I
still own my turntables and take them out to events when called upon (which is
less and less these days). I mostly do weddings and corporate events now
and have been for the last 10+ years. However, I still enjoy doing a good
party here and there. I also work full time during the week in the
tech industry so I joined the team here at Amos Productions back in 2001 to keep
me in the field that I enjoy the most. I absolutely love DJ'ing. My
high in life is playing music to a packed dance floor. It makes me feel good knowing that I've made my client's special day
one they will remember forever - because their friends and loved ones had a wonderful
time.

We were >>VERY<<
impressed with Maurice.
As the first real song started, the kids got a little wild with
the break dancing - feet flying around all the little ones - it
looked real scary there for a second or two. So Maurice quickly
killed the music, and took immediate control of the situation. I
guess there were a 3 or 4 wild kids in the crowd. I was very
impressed with his ability to keep them entertained
and under control.
The kids didn't seem to mind either. I'm sure that with a lesser
DJ it would have been a mess. I received several complements
from the adults and kids regarding Maurice's performance. I was
asked by a couple kids later that evening for his contact
information. One of Adam's best friends said it was the best
party he'd ever been to.
I
was also impressed with his choice of music. When we told him
that we didn't have any good ideas for the 13 candles or the
Mom/Son dance, he came up with some very nice music suggestions.
He
was refered to us by Adam when Adam attended Zoe's Bat Mitzvah.
Adam made a good choice. I'm glad we picked him.

We loved the service. Not only was
the communication prior to the wedding timely and organized, but
Maurice was amazing. He was professional, helped the event run
smoothly, helped calm nerves of the wedding party, had great
announcements/transitions and picked great music for each part of

Maurice was flexible and able to
make accommodations in the middle of dinner to move his equipment to
the indoors when the weather became too windy and cold. This
possibility was never even discussed beforehand, making his
adjustment that much more appreciated. Laura and I selected
some specific songs and Maurice was very helpful in making
suggestions to help set the kind of mood we were interested in
setting. For the rest of the songs, Maurice picked out the
perfect compliments for a great dancing atmostphere. Thanks Moe! You

The "XXXXXXXX" people dropped the ball during the ceremony, but your
staff did a wonderful job of helping us run the ceremony smoothly.

Dear Jody: Thanks so much for sending us Maurice for
Saturday night's Father & Daughter Dance. Our first! He
was so reassuring to work with, calling us several times to go over
everything. Maurice knows his business, his sound system was
great, and he got a room full of serious Frenchmen up and dancing
with their daughters. We even saw a couple of dads (whose
daughters were old enough to realize their dads can't dance) dancing
