What takes place at an Open House?

Take A Tour:  We will set you up with one of our staff members to take you on a tour of our warehouse.  Inside our shop we will have a few sections with different themes.  We have our Wedding section where we'll have our DJ systems, ceremony sound systems and wedding themed lighting.  Our Teen Party section will be setup with cool DJ Systems, upgraded dance lighting, sound systems, dance boxes and more.  Our Corporate Corner will feature A/V Systems, PA gear, Video Demos, Projection Screens, Video Cameras, and high tech lighting. 

Meet Our Professional DJs:  We will research your event date, location, music preferences and age group then set you up with a DJ that best fits your criteria.  You can then sit down with the DJ and discuss the various aspects of your event including music, timeline and various other details.  Our DJs will point out and talk about the many options that we can provide you. 

Meet Our Video Staff:  Meet with our video manager and view our wedding video demos on DVD.  He'll explain the different packages that we offer as well as some additional options including pre-ceremony coverage, high definition and other possibilities. We’ll also show you the cameras and equipment that we will use at your event. Although we don't give out DVD demos, we do have some samples online for you to view. Wedding and Event Invitations:  Browse though many Carlson Craft catalogs of Invitations.  Carlson Craft in known as the largest supplier of Invitations in the country.   If you plan to order your invitations the night of the Open House we recommend that you script the verse of your invitation and respond card.  Please bring print outs of what you want or email a word document to us ahead of time so we can edit the file if needed.  Please email all files to marissa@amospro.com.  You can always set up an appointment for another date to come in and look through our catalogs.  A complete line of invitations can be viewed on our website at www.amospro.cceasy.com.

Receive a Free Gift Bag!  Each client that attends our Open House will receive a gift bag courtesy of Amos Productions.  The gift bag will contain a variety of promotional items, bridal magazine and possibly a special prize from Amos Productions. (1 bag per event please).

Space is limited so we recommend that you RSVP ahead of time to let us know that you'll be attending.  To help us coordinate the flow of guests, we usually ask to show up at either 6:30pm, 7:30pm or 8:30pm.  Beverages & snacks will be provided.   (Adults Only Please)
